{"id":113,"date":"2014-06-28T15:10:51","date_gmt":"2014-06-28T22:10:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/parmzilla.com\/liver\/wp\/?p=113"},"modified":"2014-06-28T15:13:44","modified_gmt":"2014-06-28T22:13:44","slug":"thanks-yous","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/parmzilla.com\/liver\/wp\/?p=113","title":{"rendered":"Thanks Yous"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This is my first post since before the surgery. \u00a0I have some very big thank yous to give out.<\/p>\n<p>Most importantly, to Wendy for being at my side at nearly every hour. \u00a0When she was not at my side, she was usually visiting my mother, clipping her nails, gossiping, or generally keeping her spirits up. \u00a0You are my biggest hero right\u00a0now.<\/p>\n<p>Also Thank Yous to Steve, Kevan, and Connie for subbing in and giving Wendy a much deserved break. Thank you to Ryan, Brian, Mark, and Mio for stopping by to check in on me.<\/p>\n<p>And also equally important, a huge Thank you to the surgeons, doctors, nurses, assistants, staff, even the janitors at UCSF for helping make my mother&#8217;s and my Surgeries successful.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you to all of you out there wishing us better, praying, sacrificing large and small animals&#8230; It seems to have been working, so keep it up.<\/p>\n<p>I am still on my journey, and today they have been transitioning me off my epidural, which means pain, and lots of it. \u00a0Please keep sending the healing juju in the \u00a0general direction of UCSF, and I am sure some of it will make my transition much better.<\/p>\n<p>-Parm<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is my first post since before the surgery. \u00a0I have some very big thank yous to give out.
